    Fluidising Fabrics

Clipon offers high quality fluidising fabrics that allow for efficient handling of bulk dry powders. These cloths function by allowing air to permeate through the bottom of the fabric allowing the powders to be conveyed in a near fluid-like state, the engineerring behind these fluidising fabrics makes them ideal for use in powder processing industries. The pores at the bottom are so minute that the conveyed powder will not infiltrate into the fabric reducing wastage and wear.

Dust Collector Filter Bags & Cages

ClipOn filter bags are not only durable but can withstand various production environments such as spiked thermal environments; extended PTFE for instance has higher tensile strength,, can be used for various dust particles such as abrasive, oily, moist, fiber glass, filter bags can withstand temperatures of up to 260*C without disintegrating. PPS filter bags are acid resistant and can still maintain structural

Overview of Air Slides and Their Applications in Various Industries

Air slides are an ingenious technology that is crucial in many industries. They are used to convey bulk materials, such as powders and granular substances, in a controlled and efficient manner. This article will explore real-life examples of air slides in action and their benefits to various industries. Air slides, also known as aeration conveyors or aeration pads, are pneumatic conveying systems that use low-pressure air to transport materials. They consist of a porous fabric or membrane stretched between troughs or chutes, allowing air to pass through while supporting and fluidising the conveyed material. The applications of air slides are diverse...

      Frequently Asked Question

The right filter press cloth depends on the slurry, particle size, chemical conditions, temperature and filtration requirements. ClipOn can match filter cloth construction and material to the specific application rather than relying only on filter press dimensions. Polyester, polypropylene and nylon offer different chemical and mechanical characteristics, while monofilament, multifilament and spun constructions affect permeability, particle retention and cake release. Fine or sticky particles may also increase the risk of blinding. Consider slurry composition, pH, temperature, cleaning requirements and desired cake release when selecting the appropriate ClipOn filter press cloth.
