If your supplier onboarding process requires company documents, inspection records or a relevant customer reference, tell us what you need so we can confirm availability and what can be shared.

Section 2: Specifications & Quotation

What information do you need for a quotation?

Please share the product details, required quantity and units, delivery destination, and expected delivery date. If available, include a drawing, datasheet, existing product grade or previous order reference.

Providing a clear specification helps us assess your requirement. If the application is new or some details are missing, we may need to clarify them before preparing the quotation.

Can I enquire without a complete drawing or specification?

Yes. You can start with the information available, such as dimensions, photographs, an existing datasheet or a description of the application.

Our team can help identify the additional details needed for a specification review. Photographs are useful at the enquiry stage, but dimensions and material requirements may still need confirmation before manufacture.

Can you customize materials, dimensions or construction?

Yes. Depending on the product, we can review requirements for dimensions, filter media, material blends, fabric construction, finishes and fixing arrangements.

For filter bags, options may include aramid/P84 and polyester/aramid blends, depending on the application. Custom material or blend development may require additional lead time.

Can you help us understand why a filter or fabric is failing before we replace it?

Yes. Share the current specification, operating conditions, service life and photographs of the problem. We review the available information to identify whether the existing specification should be repeated, a change is justified, or further investigation is needed.

The issue may involve the material, construction, fit or operating conditions. We explain the basis for any proposed change and identify where samples, testing or additional information are needed.

If you already have an approved specification and simply need a quotation, you can send it directly.

How do you confirm that the supplied product matches our requirement?

We agree the relevant dimensions, materials, construction and fixing details before manufacture, using the approved drawing or specification as the reference for supply.

Website photographs show examples. Any feature essential to fit or operation should be identified in your enquiry. If we propose an alternative material or construction, we explain the difference for approval before proceeding.

Which checks and documents can be included with an order?

Please tell us which inspection records, material data or declarations your purchase requires. We will confirm what is available and what can be included in the quotation.

Additional testing, inspection or third-party involvement must be agreed before the order, including its feasibility, timing and any additional cost.

Section 3: Orders & Delivery

Can we request a sample or trial quantity before a larger order?

Share the product, proposed specification, required quantity and what you need to evaluate. We can review whether a sample or trial supply is feasible.

Availability, charges and lead time depend on the material and construction. A development sample may require separate preparation before a larger order can be confirmed.

What order quantities can you accommodate?

We supply replacement requirements, planned maintenance orders and larger project quantities. Order quantities depend on the product and material construction; any minimum production quantity will be stated in the quotation.

Share your required quantity and delivery schedule so we can propose a suitable supply arrangement.

Your quotation confirms the production schedule and when the lead-time period begins. Transit time is separate, so please include your delivery destination and required arrival date.

For urgent replacements, contact us with the specification, quantity and deadline so we can check an expedited schedule.

You can also send urgent requirements through WhatsApp. Production and transport arrangements are reviewed for each order.

Do you supply customers across India and internationally?

Yes. We supply customers in India and overseas. Include your delivery location, required arrival date and any packing or documentation requirements with your enquiry.

The quotation confirms the delivery scope, freight arrangement and included documents. For export orders, it also identifies the agreed Incoterm and named place or port. Production and transit schedules are stated separately.

How are payment terms and any warranty agreed?

Ask for the payment schedule and any applicable warranty terms with your quotation. Review the agreed scope, conditions and claim procedure before placing the order.

If your purchase requires a particular warranty period or performance commitment, include it in your enquiry so we can confirm whether it can be offered.

Section 4: Support & Repeat Orders

What should we do if there is a problem after supply?
