ClipOn canvas belts are commonly used in the food industry, the belts are composed of cotton and yarn, cotton-based conveyor belts have been shown to help in keeping biscuit dough away from mechanical rollers making them perfect for food processing companies. The ClipOn belts are joined end to end seamlessly; this makes them more durable and effective in industrial pulley systems. The ClipOn cotton canvas belts are of key importance to clients in the food and seed manufacturing sector.

ClipOn filter bags are not only durable but can withstand various production environments such as spiked thermal environments; extended PTFE for instance has higher tensile strength,, can be used for various dust particles such as abrasive, oily, moist, fiber glass, filter bags can withstand temperatures of up to 260*C without disintegrating. PPS filter bags are acid resistant and can still maintain structural

Technical Bulletin TB-091123 The Importance of Proactive Cement Plant Maintenance: Ensuring Operational Efficiency and Minimising Downtime
Air slides are an ingenious technology that is crucial in many industries. They are used to convey bulk materials, such as powders and granular substances, in a controlled and efficient manner. This article will explore real-life examples of air slides in action and their benefits to various industries. Air slides, also known as aeration conveyors or aeration pads, are pneumatic conveying systems that use low-pressure air to transport materials. They consist of a porous fabric or membrane stretched between troughs or chutes, allowing air to pass through while supporting and fluidising the conveyed material. The applications of air slides are diverse...
Read MoreIn every industry, maintaining operational efficiency and extending the life span of equipment are critical considerations. With its complex machinery and demanding operational conditions, the cement production industry is no exception to this rule. Regular maintenance in cement plants is crucial to maintain the functionality and efficiency of the machinery involved in the production process. This article aims to provide an in-depth understanding of the challenges associated with preventative maintenance in cement plants and proposes effective strategies to identify and address equipment problems. The cement industry has unique challenges that make maintenance tasks more complex. These challenges are primarily due...
Read MoreThe right panel filter depends on the required filtration level, particle size, application and filtration stage.
Consider:
ClipOn offers different filtration grades for varying air-cleaning requirements. Airflow, available space, filter dimensions and operating conditions should also be considered.
These grades differ mainly in filtration level and their position within an air-filtration system.
G4: Coarse particles above 10 µm.
M5/M6: 1 to 10 µm particles; mainly used as pre-filters.
F7/F8/F9: Finer filtration; used as final or pre-filters.
ClipOn states efficiency above 95% for F7 to F9. The appropriate grade depends on the required air quality and filtration stage.
F7, F8 and F9 are progressively higher filtration grades within the same general particle-size range. ClipOn places all three grades in applications involving particles between 1 and 10 µm and states efficiency above 95%.
Selection depends on:
They can be used as final filters in offices, production plants and hospitals or as pre-filters for E11 to H13 filters.
E10, E11, E12 and H13 are higher-grade filters intended for applications requiring filtration of particles below 1 µm. ClipOn positions E10 to E12 as final filters for high-purification environments, pharmaceutical lines and cleanrooms, with stated efficiency above 99.5%. H13 provides a higher filtration level, with stated efficiency above 99.95%, and is intended for high-clean rooms and certain nuclear plant exhaust applications. Selection should consider the required cleanliness level, room classification, filtration stage and system design. Higher-grade filtration should be specified according to the actual purification requirement rather than simply choosing the highest available grade.
H13 and U15/U16 filters are used where very high particle filtration is required, particularly in cleanroom environments.
Selection should consider cleanroom classification, particle-control requirements, filtration stage and system specifications. These grades are intended for specialised high-purity applications rather than routine air-conditioning filtration.
The suitable panel filter depends on the required air-cleanliness level and filtration stage.
Typical selection:
ClipOn identifies F7 to F9 for air conditioning in offices, production plants and hospitals. Cleanroom requirements should be assessed based on particle size, efficiency, room classification, filtration stage and system design.
A pre-filter captures particles earlier in the system, while a final filter provides the required level of air purification at a later stage.
ClipOn positions M5 and M6 mainly for pre-filtration, while F7 to F9 can serve as final filters or pre-filters for E11 to H13 filters. Higher grades such as E10 to H13 and U15/U16 are used where progressively higher purification is required.
